Final Flight

Yesterday was relatively easy, helo fam flight in the morning with the CO of HT-18.  It was a ton of fun...Thanks Rob White!  Then I flew my final flight in the T-6B as the CO of VT-3.  Kind of a bummer, but it was a great flight, definitely made the most of it, with one of the new IPs in the squadron.  Amie and the kids met me at the plane along with a bunch of the IPs for the obligatory dousing of champagne and toss in the pool, followed by a couple of beers in the bar.  Not the kids of course, they had soda and candy bars in my office, yah, I'm a great dad!

Like I said, it was a fun flight.  Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end.  I think Lila has the best opinion...
